Clinical Case Submission
Cases must be thoroughly documented, and this documentation must be submitted with the cases. Documentation requirements include digital photos and radiographs showing the appropriate pre-treatment, during treatment, and post-treatment views for each case. A Written Report including complete case description, medical history, chief complaint, thorough perio and clinical charting, and a comprehensive treatment plan are also required for each case. Oral Presentation
Once a candidate has successfully completed the Written Examination and their Clinical Cases, they must complete the Fellowship process by delivering a twenty-minute Oral Presentation to the Fellowship Committee.
