Requirements for case submission eligibility:

1. Must have passed the Written Exam
2. Must be proficient in Digital Photography
3. Must be an Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics member in good standing during the entire process
4. Must have attended one of the last two Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics Annual Meetings since taking the Written Exam
5. Must submit the two required Clinical Cases within one year of passing the Written Exam
6. Must submit all required information (written report, photos, and radiographs) on four discs to:  Dr. James Sarant at 3713 Benson Dr. Ste. 102, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27609.
