After successful completion of the written examination, Fellowship candidates are required to submit one anterior and one posterior restorative case to the Fellowship examiners for anonymous review. Each case may be part of full-mouth rehabilitation. However, you may not use the same Clinical Case for both requirements. Candidates must remain members of the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics in good standing throughout the process. Furthermore, they must be proficient in digital photography, and they will have up to one year to submit their cases to the Fellowship committee.
Anterior Clinical Case
The maxillary anterior case may consist of direct and/or indirect restorations for at least the eight anterior teeth (first premolar to first premolar). Click here for more details aboutclinical case submission.
